Green Impact Isle of Wight is an online toolkit of sustainability actions sponsored by the Isle of Wight Council and made available to organisations on the Isle of Wight by Students Organising for Sustainability (SOS). Participating organisations enter teams who tackle as many actions relevant to their organisation as they can. The different sustainability actions score points and at the end of the year the teams are eligible for awards depending on the total number of points that they have scored. It’s a great way for organisations to start their journey on embedding sustainability into their culture.

For the last two years ESG Solutions have helped WightFibre to use Green Impact on their journey, but in 2024 we will ourselves also take part. We would also encourage as many Isle of Wight organisations as possible join this great programme and to help this we are using this page to compile a collection of useful resources.
